RöschConsult GmbH advises on the safe and economic design of business processes for the manufacture, operation and maintenance of rail vehicles. One focus is the establishment of maintenance and safety management systems or their integration into existing systems to form integrated management systems.
The experience gained in the practical implementation of legal requirements is passed on to our customers in in-house seminars, lectures and our own training events.
Our consultants support railway companies, manufacturers and maintenance providers in the preparation of offers for tenders. They accompany them in the context of strategic consulting for new orientations or market entries.

Under the brand name RöschEngineering we develop the maintenance programs for your vehicles, carry out the associated safety checks and accompany the validation. For the ECM of smaller fleets we also take over this ECM function II completely.
Our engineers moderate risk analyses according to CSM-RA and provide support for safety verifications according to EN 50126 (RAMS). We support modernization projects with feasibility studies, documentation of all verifications and communication with authorities.
Our engineers take over the system planning of operating plants, workshops and production facilities. In vehicle development, we offer support for design reviews with regard to maintenance-friendly construction.

RCT Rail GmbH undertakes conformity tests and audits of maintenance and safety management systems. It is a recognised independent assessment body for risk management procedures according to CSM-RA.
As administrative assistant to the Federal Railway Authority, it carries out certification audits of entities in charge of maintenance (ECM) and offers voluntary conformity assessments for ECM.
It is also recognised as an Interim Designated Body (Interim DeBo) for checking conformity with the national technical regulations (NNTR) in vehicle approval procedures.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rösch is at your disposal as a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the operation and maintenance of rail vehicles for independent expert opinions on disputes and claims as well as value assessments. In case of purchase or sale of rail vehicle fleets, the expert office evaluates the condition of the vehicles and the maintenance measures carried out.
Prof. Rösch also mediates and arbitrates in mediation proceedings.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rösch teaches the field of rail vehicle maintenance at the Wilhelm-Büchner-Hochschule Darmstadt, the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden and the Beijing Jiaotong University within the framework of honorary professorships.
His Institute for Railway Vehicle Maintenance is concerned with the development and application of methods and technologies for Condition Based Maintenance, Predictive and Proactive Maintenance for railway vehicles.
